Dr. Andrei G. Aleinikov, "The Most Creative Man in the World," or "The MegaCreativity Man," as Dr.  E. Paul Torrance called him, is famous for his discovery of the human mind ability to generate over 1,000,000 new ideas per minute. His book titled MegaCreativity: Five Steps to Thinking Like a Genius became a best-seller in Asia. He received numerous educational awards, including the George Washington Honor Medal and the Outstanding Educator Award for Innovative and Creative Teaching. He was also nominated for the top national awards, including the President's National Medal of Science, the US Professor of the Year and Robert Foster Cherry Best Teaching Award.

 

Dr. David A. Smarsh, An award winning leader and scientist, he joined the International Academy of Genius in 2007. Dr. Smarsh's distinguished career includes a range of military, operational and academic leadership positions, including support to space shuttle and various other federal and national programs.  In the Air Force, he achieved the rank of colonel and served as the President of the Naval Postgraduate School. For excellence in service, he has been awarded numerous awards. Dr. Smarsh's education includes BS in meteorology, Florida State University, MBA from Boston University, MS in meteorology, Georgia Institute of Technology, a Ph.D. in atmospheric chemistry, Georgia Institute of Technology and MS in strategic studies, Air War College.
